AOZZA is an online retail brand operated by the sole proprietorship of Fatih Değirmencioğlu, established in Türkiye.

Your order is accepted once AOZZA confirms acceptance and the applicable payment has been successfully processed.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of payment failure, suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, product unavailability, or restrictions relating to the delivery destination.

If we decline, change or cancel an order after it has been submitted, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided with your order.

Returns, refunds and exchanges are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and any mandatory rights available under applicable law.

Products purchased through our retail store are intended for personal or household use unless otherwise agreed with AOZZA.

AOZZA offers free standard shipping where indicated on the store.

Where optional Express or premium shipping is available, any additional charge will be displayed before the order is completed.

AOZZA offers free standard shipping where indicated. Optional Express or premium shipping may be available for an additional charge.
